It's more than just work to me—it's a passion. Seeing it grow over the years has been a rewarding journey, and I'm excited for where it's headed next. Outside of work, I'm adventurous and easygoing. I’ve got a “to do before I die” list that keeps life interesting—like skydiving, which was as thrilling as it sounds. I also enjoy golf, ping pong, and just making memories with the people I love. With a Bachelor of Science in Finance, I bring a strong foundation in business and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of our operations. A die-hard Michigan State fan living in Hoosier territory (Go Green!), I bring that same competitive spirit to my work, always striving to exceed expectations. When I’m not working, you’ll find me making the most of my well-earned vacations—preferably on a Carnival cruise—because I believe in working hard and relaxing even harder. Above all, I cherish family time with my wife and son, as they are my greatest motivation. I love being part of a team that values hard work, creativity, and helping people get the job done right. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our four energetic boys. Whether we're outdoors exploring or cheering them on from the sidelines, there's never a dull moment. About Me
Employed with Amerirent Equipment since 2022, I am working tirelessly for the financial statements to be accurate and available at any given moment. On my days off, I labor on the Shaffer Homestead by educating my daughter, cooking, gardening, and tending to the animals. My extracurriculars include camping, hiking, and doing "homestead" stuff with my husband and three girls. We gather eggs daily, have made maple syrup, apple cider, a variety of wines, jellies & jams, and also kefir, cheese, ice cream and soap with the goat's milk from our Nubian goats. It is a blessing from the Lord and a joy to be employed here.

Megan Weaver oversees sales tax compliance for our online companies as well as local Indiana sales tax reporting. She ensures filings are accurate, deadlines are met, and transactions remain compliant across multiple channels and jurisdictions. With strong attention to detail and process discipline, she helps protect the financial integrity of our operations.
Outside of work, Megan and her husband are raising their three girls, who are the center of their world. She enjoys homesteading, baking from scratch, and tackling hands-on projects around the house. Whether she’s perfecting a recipe or finishing a home project, she appreciates building something meaningful for her family.

About Me
I serve as the Shop Manager at Amerirent Equipment, where I oversee the maintenance, repair, and readiness of our rental fleet. My role is focused on ensuring that all equipment is properly serviced, well-organized, and ready for customers when they need it. I take pride in the hands-on nature of my work and enjoy the challenge of keeping machines running reliably so both our team and our customers can depend on them every day.
Prior to this role, I specialized in radiology equipment as part of a biomedical team at a medical facility. I also spent 14 years in EMS, where I developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, teamwork, and service under pressure.
I am a devoted husband and father to four amazing children. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, playing ball with my kids, and supporting them in their activities. My faith is central to my life, and I strive to put God above all in everything I do.

About Me
I work with customers at Amerirent Equipment helping answer questions, support orders, and make sure they get the equipment and parts they need. I also spend a lot of time diagnosing and working on hot power washers, making sure machines are running properly before they head back out to customers. In addition, I help with shipping and handling to keep orders moving smoothly and on schedule. Outside of work, I enjoy collecting antiques and learning the stories behind older pieces and equipment. I also love spending time with my family and making the most of time together whenever I can.

About Me
I’m Micah Carmichael, and I’m part of the team at Amerirent Equipment working as a Shop Assistant. In the shop, I help keep equipment organized, assist with preparing machines, and support the team wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. I’m currently attending Indiana University Kokomo, balancing school while gaining hands-on experience and learning more about the industry.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy playing basketball and staying active. I also volunteer at church helping with sound slides and junior church. When I’m not busy with those things, I enjoy spending time with my family and girlfriend and relaxing whenever I get the chance. One of my favorite ways to get away is cruising with Carnival and enjoying time out on the water.

I work as a Driver at Amerirent Equipment, helping transport equipment safely and efficiently to our customers and job sites. With my Class A CDL, I handle deliveries and pickups while also assisting in the shop when needed to help keep equipment organized, maintained, and ready for the next rental. I enjoy being part of a team that works hard to make sure customers get the equipment they need, when they need it.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids. Whether we’re relaxing at home or doing something together as a family, that’s where I like to spend most of my time outside of work.

I’m a guy who’s all about chasing Jesus and living with a heart full of love! My wife is my best friend, and I love her and our three awesome kids fiercely. I’m always striving to be a more godly husband and dad. By day, I’m a driver—cruising the open road with the Unashamed podcast or music blasting, soaking up wisdom and worshipping while I drive. I’m a lifelong learner, tackling new skills with gusto—recently, I’ve been whipping up biblically inspired tallow soap with scents that’d make King David jealous! With a passion for missions, I’ve got a heart to serve far and wide. I like to bring the fun—cracking jokes that light up any room—yet I know when to dial it back for the deep stuff. About Me
I started working at Amerirent in March of 2024 and I’ve loved being a part of this team! When I’m not here I’m either spending time with my husband, two dogs, hedgehog and 11 fish (yes, I like animals!), or working at the church where I lead worship. I didn’t know anything about heavy equipment when I started working here, but I’ve had a great time learning our rental fleet and how to help our customers. Maybe one of these days Ben will let me drive a skid steer or excavator around (cough cough, please Ben!)!

I work as a Customer Service Representative at Amerirent, where I enjoy helping customers find the equipment and support they need. I’ve always been a people person, and one of my favorite parts of the job is connecting with customers, answering questions, and making sure they have a positive experience from start to finish. Being able to assist others and build relationships through great service is something I truly enjoy.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom and love spending time with my family. When I have a quiet moment, you’ll usually find me with a good book in hand, relaxing and enjoying a chance to unwind.

I’m excited to see where this journey takes me and proud to be part of the Amerirent team. Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughter—especially cheering her on at volleyball games—exploring the outdoors, hunting, and making memories together.

I work in customer service for Amerirent Equipment and its family of companies, where I help customers with orders, questions, and product support. I enjoy connecting with people and making sure they have a great experience from the moment they reach out to the moment their equipment is ready to go. Being part of a fast-growing company and helping customers every day is something I take a lot of pride in.
The outdoors is where I feel most alive. Whether I’m hiking a new trail or kayaking across open water, I love the adventure, the fresh air, and the chance to explore. I’m also a huge cat lover, and spending time with my furry companions is one of my favorite ways to recharge after a day outside.
