I'm a husband to an amazing wife, a proud dad of five, and someone who believes life is best lived with purpose and heart. My relationship with God and the time I spend with my family—both at home and at church—are what ground me and keep me moving forward. I've always loved building my business. It's more than just work to me—it's a passion. Seeing it grow over the years has been a rewarding journey, and I'm excited for where it's headed next. Outside of work, I'm adventurous and easygoing. I’ve got a “to do before I die” list that keeps life interesting—like skydiving, which was as thrilling as it sounds. I also enjoy golf, ping pong, and just making memories with the people I love. Whether I’m leading my team, chasing a new adventure, or simply spending time with my family, I strive to live with faith, joy, and intention.

As an Executive Assistant, I provide high-level administrative and operational support to leadership, ensuring priorities are executed efficiently and strategically. I manage complex schedules, coordinate cross-functional communication, streamline processes, and anticipate needs before they arise. With a strong focus on organization, discretion, and problem solving, I help drive productivity and keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our four energetic boys. Whether we're outdoors exploring or cheering them on from the sidelines, there's never a dull moment. My faith is a cornerstone of my life, guiding my values both personally and professionally.

Officer

Employed with Amerirent Equipment since 2022, I am working tirelessly for the financial statements to be accurate and available at any given moment. On my days off, I labor on the Shaffer Homestead by educating my daughter, cooking, gardening, and tending to the animals. My extracurriculars include camping, hiking, and doing "homestead" stuff with my husband and three girls. We gather eggs daily, have made maple syrup, apple cider, a variety of wines, jellies & jams, and also kefir, cheese, ice cream and soap with the goat's milk from our Nubian goats. It is a blessing from the Lord and a joy to be employed here.

Leading AmeriRent Equipment with dedication and expertise, I am passionate about delivering top-tier service and ensuring our customers have the best equipment solutions available. With a Bachelor of Science in Finance, I bring a strong foundation in business and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of our operations. A die-hard Michigan State fan living in Hoosier territory (Go Green!), I bring that same competitive spirit to my work, always striving to exceed expectations. When I’m not working, you’ll find me making the most of my well-earned vacations—preferably on a Carnival cruise—because I believe in working hard and relaxing even harder. Above all, I cherish family time with my wife and son, as they are my greatest motivation. At AmeriRent Equipment, I am committed to providing outstanding service and the best rental solutions for our valued customers.

I’m always striving to be a more godly husband and dad. By day, I’m a driver—cruising the open road with the Unashamed podcast or music blasting, soaking up wisdom and worshipping while I drive. I’m a lifelong learner, tackling new skills with gusto—recently, I’ve been whipping up biblically inspired tallow soap with scents that’d make King David jealous! With a passion for missions, I’ve got a heart to serve far and wide. I like to bring the fun—cracking jokes that light up any room—yet I know when to dial it back for the deep stuff. Forget fancy gifts—I’m all about epic experiences, exploring new places, and making memories. Whether I’m cracking jokes, crafting soap, or diving into a new adventure, I live every day with faith, fun, and a whole lot of heart.

Megan Weaver oversees sales tax compliance for our online companies as well as local Indiana sales tax reporting. She ensures filings are accurate, deadlines are met, and transactions remain compliant across multiple channels and jurisdictions. With strong attention to detail and process discipline, she helps protect the financial integrity of our operations. Outside of work, Megan and her husband are raising their three girls, who are the center of their world. She enjoys homesteading, baking from scratch, and tackling hands-on projects around the house. Whether she’s perfecting a recipe or finishing a home project, she appreciates building something meaningful for her family.

I’m a husband and proud dad of five amazing kids. When I’m not spending time with my family, you’ll usually find me tinkering with electronics or setting up radio gear for a Parks on the Air adventure. I’ve worked in manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and higher education, where I learned the ins and outs of keeping large, complex systems running smoothly. I love being part of a team that values hard work, creativity, and helping people get the job done right. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new projects, learning how things work, and passing that curiosity on to my kids.

I’m Kayla Welch, and I recently joined Amerirent Equipment as a full-time front office team member. I support rental scheduling, customer calls, sales, and office coordination. With a background in the medical field and years of customer service experience, I enjoy helping others, meeting new faces, and learning new things. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me and proud to be part of the Amerirent team. Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughter—especially cheering her on at volleyball games—exploring the outdoors, hunting, and making memories together.
